Civil works for the future large format retail precinct south of Donnybrook Road are nearing completion, paving the way for Merrifield’s own lifestyle and homemaker centre. Construction is expected to begin in early 2027, with Harvey Norman and McDonald’s set to anchor the precinct. Construction of the northern precinct, adjacent to the shopping centre, will commence soon after.
